When I was a graduate student in physical therapy, I had the opportunity to start a fitness business. I soon learned that people in Miami, FL wanted six pack abs, and they wanted them quickly.

Through the combination of advanced movement combinations derived from physical therapy and my background with fat loss exercise, I learned how get more exercise done in a shorter amount of time.
